Vivo is getting ready to launch its first tablet in China next week. The Vivo Pad will be available in China on April 11th, according to the company. Along with the Vivo Pad Android tablet, the company is launching two new devices: the Vivo X Fold and the Vivo X Note.

With only a few days until the launch, the Vivo Pad has been discovered on the Geekbench database, revealing device specifications such as processor, RAM, OS version, and more. Let's take a closer look at the upcoming tablet's specifications.

Vivo Pad Listed on Geekbench

Geekbench has listed the Vivo Pad with the model number PA2170. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset with an eight-core processor and a top clock speed of 3.19 GHz, according to the listing.

This is the Snapdragon 870 SoC, which was also recently revealed in a leak. The Snapdragon 870 has four cores that run at 1.8GHz, three cores that run at 2.42GHz, and one prime core that runs at 3.19GHz. The chipset is built on a 7nm fabrication process and includes an Adreno 650 GPU.

Furthermore, the Vivo Pad is listed in the database with 8GB of RAM and, sadly, it runs on the Android 11 OS version. In terms of Geekbench scores, the Vivo Pad received 1027 in the single-core test and 3382 in the multi-core test. Aside from these, the database contains no new information.

Vivo Pad: Specifications (Rumored)

According to previous leaks and rumours, the Vivo Pad will have an 11-inch screen with a 2.5k resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Dolby Vision is also said to be supported by the screen. The Vivo tablet will have an 8040 mAh battery and support 44W fast charging. The tablet is also said to support the Vivo Pencil (Stylus) and to have a quad-speaker setup.
