The launch date for the Vivo X80 series in India has been confirmed. The latest flagship series from the brand will arrive in India next week. The Vivo X80 series will be launched in India on May 18th at 12 PM. The X80 series will succeed the Vivo X70 series, which debuted in India in October 2021. The X80 series was first introduced in China in April 2022. The Vivo X80 Pro and Vivo X80 devices were released in China, and the Vivo X80 Pro was released globally just a few days ago.
The Vivo X80 series will be available on Flipkart in India, and the homepage for the device is now live on the e-commerce portal. As is customary, all eyes are on the camera system, as the previous-generation X70 Pro was one of the greatest photography phones of the year.

Vivo X80 Pro: Specifications
The Vivo X80 Pro has a 6.78-inch E5 2K AMOLED display that runs at 120Hz. In China, the phone is available with two CPU options: MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC or Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. Only the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC for India is mentioned on the Vivo microsite. In India, it will include 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The Vivo X80 Pro has a quad rear camera system that includes a 50MP (f/1.57, OIS) GNV primary camera, a 48MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, a 12MP (f/1.85) portrait camera, and an 8MP (f/3.4, OIS) telephoto lens. The device has a 32MP selfie camera on the front. Zeiss optics designed the camera configuration. The phone is powered by a 4700mAh battery that supports wired fast charging at 80W and wireless fast charging at 50W.

The Vivo X80 has a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is powered by the Dimensity 9000 SoC and will be available in India with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, as well as 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The phone has a 50MP (f/1.75, OIS) main camera, a 12MP (f/2.0) ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12MP (f/1.98) telephoto lens. The phone has a digital zoom capability of up to 20x. A 32MP front-facing camera is available for selfies. The Vivo X80 is powered by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging but does not allow wireless charging.

The Vivo X80 Pro starts at CNY 5499 (about Rs 64,350) in China, while the Vivo X80 starts at CNY 3699 (approximately Rs 43,300). On May 18, the official pricing, as well as the sale date and launch deals, will be disclosed.
