Google's annual I/O 2022 developer conference gave us a sneak peek at the Pixel 7 series. The new Pixel flagship phones will be available later this year. Google will release two smartphones in the Pixel 7 series: a standard model and a higher-end Pro model.

The new Pixel 7 series phones will have a design that is similar to the Pixel 6. On the back, there is a wide horizontal stripe for the camera sensors. More information about the Pixel 7 series will be revealed at the fall launch. Meanwhile, a Pixel 7 Pro prototype has revealed some key details about the flagship smartphone. Google Pixel 7 Pro Dead Prototype Spills Many Beans

Google Pixel 7 Pro, which is set to launch later this year, will be the company's most premium smartphone offering for 2022. Many new details about the device's prototype have leaked ahead of its release.

Some members of the Google News Telegram channel were able to obtain information from a user who had access to a Pixel 7 Pro prototype. The device has already been bricked by the company. However, community members were able to glean some new information from boot logs.

The 7 Pro model, according to the new leaks, has a Samsung S6E3HC4 display. The Pixel 6 Pro, on the other hand, came with a Samsung S6E3HC3 panel. The Pixel 7 Pro will retain its 3120 x 1440 resolution.

Furthermore, the prototype reveals that the second-generation Tensor chip will have a 2 + 2 + 4 cluster configuration. According to the log files, Google may continue to use the Cortex-A55 cores for low-power background tasks.

A CS40l26 haptic driver and an NFC chip are also included in the phone. Furthermore, the logs reveal that the 7 Pro is codenamed Cheetah. Panther is the codename for the Pixel 7.
