Xiaomi is already working on the Xiaomi Pad 5's successor. The Xiaomi Pad 6 is expected to be released in H2 2022. The Pad 6 has been spotted on the EEC certification website with the model number 22081283G, according to XiaomiUI. The first four numbers represent the Xiaomi device's estimated launch date. This implies that the Pad 6 will debut in August 2022.

Separately, Mukul Sharma, a tipster, claims that the upcoming Xiaomi tablet is already being tested internally. Sharma claims that the Chinese smartphone maker's new Android tablet will be available by the end of July or early August.

Furthermore, the XiaomiUI report claims that the upcoming Xiaomi tablet will use a MediaTek chipset rather than Qualcomm's Snapdragon SoC. Unfortunately, no word on which processor Xiaomi will use for its upcoming tablet.

At least four tablets from Xiaomi and Redmi are expected to be released this year. The model numbers for these tablets are L81, L81A, L82, and L83. One of these four tablets is a Redmi device, while the other three are possibly Xiaomi Pad models.
