Tecno has launched a new low-cost smartphone in its Spark 9 series. The Tecno Spark 9T has been launched in Nigeria. The device is expected to be launched in other markets, including India. The brand has yet to comment on the launch of this low-cost Android smartphone.

Tecno Spark 9T Price and Specifications
The Tecno Spark 9T has been launched in Nigeria. There are two storage options for the phone. Its base model comes with 4GB of RAM. This model has 64GB of internal storage and costs 78,300 Naira (roughly Rs 14,700). The 4GB + 128GB variant costs 88,000 Naira (roughly Rs 16,500).
Turquoise Cyan, Atlantic Blue, Iris Purple, and Cocoa Gold are the four colors available.
In terms of specifications, the phone has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution. The front camera is housed in a tiny waterdrop notch in the top center. The display also supports a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
The phone has an 8MP front camera for taking selfies. On the back, there is a 13MP camera sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. In addition, the device has an AI lens.

A MediaTek Dimensity G37 SoC powers the device. The basic chipset is paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. A microSD card slot is available for storage expansion. The device comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and 10W charging support out of the box.
The Tecno Spark 9T comes pre-installed with Android 12. On top of that is Tecno's custom HiOS 8.6 skin. Other features include a fingerprint scanner on the side, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C charging port.
