Lenovo Tab M9 Launched in India: Price, Availability and Specifications, Features

Lenovo Tab M9 was launched in India as the company's first low-cost Android tablet. The table is available in two versions: one with LTE cellular connectivity and one with Wi-Fi only. The new tablet has a starting price of Rs 15,000 and will be available on Lenovo's official website and top online/offline shops from June 1.

Lenovo Tab M9 Price in India, Availability

The Lenovo Tab M9 will launch on sale in India on June 1. It is available from Lenovo.com as well as leading online retailers like Amazon and Flipkart. Interested purchasers can also acquire it from offline outlets such as Reliance Digital and Croma. The tablet is available for pre-order now at a starting price of Rs 12,999. Lenovo is selling the tablet in Frost Blue and Storm Grey.

The Lenovo Tab M9 boasts a light, attractive dual-tone body that weighs only 344 grams. The tablet sports a 9-inch IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1,340 x 800 pixels. The display is a Netflix-certified screen, which means it can stream high-resolution Netflix material. Dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos spatial audio enhance the viewing experience.

The Lenovo Tab M9 has a budget gaming CPU, the MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core SoC. Depending on the configuration, the processor is supported by 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of storage. Lenovo chose LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage specifications for the Tab M9. The tablet also supports expandable storage of up to 128GB through a dedicated microSD card slot. The LTE variant gains an additional slot for the nano SIM card.

Lenovo's latest tablet is outfitted with an 8MP primary camera on the back panel and a 2MP camera on the front for video calling. The tablet comes pre-installed with Android 12 and is powered by a large 5,100mAh battery. Unfortunately, there is no support for fast charging, as the tablet only supports 10W charging. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity are available, as well as a 3.5mm audio connector and a USB Type-C connection.
