According to Ice Universe's design images, the vanilla model will have a large camera island on the back. The sensors are located on the left side of the camera island, while the gimbal stabilisation branding is located on the right. The device will be released with a triple-camera setup on the back. The LED flash module is also found on the left side of the camera module.

The iQOO 10 phone will have a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.5-inch sensor, according to a recent leak. The other two camera sensors' specifications are unknown. The phone will, however, have a 12MP/ 16MP ultrawide camera and a 12MP portrait telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.
