In India, Nokia has launched an all-new low-cost smartphone. The C12 Plus is the latest addition to the company's C series. The phone is the third smartphone in the C series to be launched in India this year. Previously to the C12 Plus, the C12 and C12 Pro were introduced in India. The Nokia C12 Plus is the most expensive model in the series. The phone was launched with only one storage option.

Nokia C12 Plus Price in India and Specifications 

In India, the Nokia C12 Plus is available with a single 2GB RAM configuration. The phone has 32GB of internal storage and supports microSD cards. A memory card may be used to enhance storage up to 256GB. In India, the phone is priced at Rs 7,999.

In comparison, the Nokia C12 starts at Rs 5,999, while the C12 Pro starts at Rs 6,999. The C12 Plus is available in three colors: Dark Cyan, Charcoal, and Light Mint.

The phone's hardware is quite similar to those of its brothers. It features a curved body and frame. Plastic is used for the back panel. With the single rear camera system, it sports a somewhat oval-shaped camera module. The rear camera sensor is 8MP with an LED flash module.

The C12 Plus sports a 5MP front camera sensor for selfies. The front camera is housed within the water-drop notch at the top center of the screen. The C12 Plus boasts a 6.3-inch IPS LCD display with a 720 x 1512 HD+ resolution. A standard 60Hz refresh rate is supported. The top and side bezels are rather narrow, however, the chin bezel is pretty thick.

The C12 Plus is powered by a UniSoc SC9863A1, which is one of the most entry-level SoCs on the market. The processor is accompanied by 2GB of Memory and 32GB of storage. This also implies that the C12 Plus ships with only Android 12 Go Edition.

The phone also has a larger battery than its brothers. In the hood is a 4000mAh battery. The phone still supports 10W charging using a microSD 2.0 connector.

The gadget lacks a fingerprint scanner, but it does include a 3.5mm headphone connector, a single speaker, Bluetooth 5.2, and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n connectivity.

The C12 Plus competes with a few inexpensive smartphones in India, including the Moto E13, Redmi A1, POCO C50, Realme C30s, Realme Narzo 50i, and others.
