The Neo 8 Pro will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC. The Neo 8 5G's SoC specs, on the other hand, have been kept under wraps. iQOO Neo 8 Performance Unit Details Revealed Via Geekbench
The iQOO Neo 8 will be one of two premium smartphones available in China on May 23. It was discovered on Geekbench before its official release. According to the Geekbench listing, the Neo 8 5G, model number V2301A, will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC called Taro.
This implies that the device will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The SoC features a max clock speed of 3.0GHz for the prime core, three performance cores clocked at 2.5GHz, and four efficiency cores clocked at 1.8GHz, according to the listing.
The Neo 8 5G model featured on Geekbench has 16GB of RAM. We might also expect iQOO to release the gadget with 8GB or 12GB of RAM. In addition, the phone may come with 256GB/512GB of storage.
In addition to the foregoing information, the listing reveals that the Neo 8 5G will ship with Android 13.0. In China, it will have an Origin OS 3 overlay on top of Android. In Geekbench's single-core and multi-core tests, the device received scores of 1678 and 4345, respectively.
