OnePlus 11R 5G Launched in India: Price, Specifications, and other Details

The OnePlus 11R 5G was announced today at the OnePlus Cloud 11 event in India. Along with the flagship OnePlus 11, the company launched the latest affordable flagship device in the R series, OnePlus Buds Pro 2 TWS, OnePlus Pad Android Tab, OnePlus Q2 series smart TV, and more.

The OnePlus 11R 5G is the successor to last year's OnePlus 10R. The 11R was also launched as the Ace 2 in China earlier today. The OnePlus 11R, the company's latest affordable flagship device, brings back the alert slider and, for the first time, an IR blaster.

The OnePlus 11R now has a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 5000mAh battery, 100W fast wired charging, a triple rear camera, and up to 16GB of RAM. Let's go over everything in detail.

OnePlus 11R 5G: Price in India and Availability

The OnePlus 11R 5G comes with two RAM and storage configurations. The 11R's base model comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There is also a 16GB+256GB option. The 8GB model costs Rs 39,999, while the 16GB model costs Rs 44,999.

The OnePlus 11R 5G will be available in India on February 28th through Amazon, OnePlus.in, and OnePlus stores across the country. The phone will be available in Sonic Black and Galactic Silver. The device will be available for pre-order beginning February 21st.

OnePlus 11R 5G: Specifications and Features

The OnePlus 11R has a 6.74-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2772 x 1240, a 120Hz adaptive screen refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1450 nits, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and support for HDR playback. The phone has Asahi Glass AGC protection on the front and Gorilla Glass 5 on the back. The device weighs 204 grams and measures 8.7mm thick.

In terms of performance, OnePlus has chosen the last-generation 4nm-based Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, which has a maximum clock speed of 3.2GHz. This chipset is paired with the Adreno 730 GPU. The phone has up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. A 5,000mAh battery unit powers all of the internals and supports 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging.

The 11R features a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP IMX890 sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS (optical image stabilization). There are two sensors: an 8MP ultra-wide angle OV08D10 sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP macro OV02B10 sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. A 16MP snapper on the front takes selfies. The rear camera has 10x digital zoom, PDAF, 4K@60fps, 1080P@240fps, and 720P@480fps resolutions. The 11R 5G runs OxygenOS 13 on top of Android 13.

For the first time, OnePlus has included an IR blaster, as well as the alert slider, which was missing from the 10R. The phone includes an in-display fingerprint scanner.
