Tecno has launched a new low-cost smartphone. The Tecno Spark Go 2023 is the company's latest addition to the Spark series. The device is a successor to the 2022 model and is expected to be released in India soon. The phone receives some incremental improvements over the previous model. The Spark Go 2023 has a polycarbonate back. As expected, the phone is an entry-level offering.

Tecno Spark Go 2023 Price in India and Specifications

The Tecno Spark Go 2023 is a low-cost smartphone option. The low-cost smartphone will compete with the POCO C50 and Redmi A1. The Spark Go 2023 comes with three storage options. The entry-level model with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage costs Rs 6,999. The phone also comes in GB + 64GB and 4GB + 64GB configurations. Endless Black, Uyuni Blue, and Nebula Purple will be the colours available.

The phone has a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with a waterdrop notch on top for the front camera. It has an HD+ resolution and a standard refresh rate of 60Hz. The touch sampling rate on the display is 120Hz.

On the back of the phone is a squarish camera module. It has a dual-camera system. A 13MP primary camera with an f/1.85 aperture is included. On the back, there is also a QVGA sensor and an LED flash. A fingerprint scanner is also housed on the camera island.

There is a 5MP front-facing camera. The phone includes camera features such as HDR. Time Lapse, AI Scene Detection, and so on. It's powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC. A 5000mAh battery is also included with the phone. It has a USB Type-C port that supports 10W charging. According to the manufacturer, the phone can provide up to 25 hours of video playback on a single charge.

In terms of software, the Spark Go 2023 ships with last year's Android 12-based HiOS 12.0. The phone's dimensions are 163.86 x 75.51 x 8.9mm. It also has an IPX2 dust resistance rating.
