Today, Nokia officially launched its latest X-series smartphone, the Nokia X30 5G, in India. The device was first introduced to the global market in September 2020 at the IFA event. In terms of specifications, the Nokia X30 5G has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz.

The Nokia X30 5G is available in Ice White and Cloudy Blue. The single 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 48,999. Pre-orders for the phone will begin today on the Nokia website, Amazon, and other retail outlets.

The handset will be available in India beginning February 20th. Customers can get an Rs. 1,000 discount on Nokia.com as part of the launch offer. In addition, when purchasing the Nokia X30 5G, buyers will receive free Nokia Comfort Earbuds worth Rs. 2,799 and a 33W charger worth Rs 2,999.

The Nokia X30 5G features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The display panel has a peak brightness of 700 nits and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The frame of the phone is made of 100% recycled aluminum, and the back cover is made of 65% recycled plastic. This new Nokia smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. The device has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

On the software front, the smartphone ships with Android 12 OS and the stock Android UI. For the Nokia X30 5G, the company has promised three OS upgrades and three years of monthly security updates. Moving on to imaging, the device includes a dual-camera setup.

The camera module includes a 50MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.8 and OIS support. A 13MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.4 aperture joins the 50MP lens. The device has a 16MP camera on the front that users can use to capture selfies and make video calls.
