Motorola is preparing to launch yet another G-series smartphone in India, the Moto G72. According to the announcement, the Moto G72 will make its debut in the country on October 3. Motorola used social media to make a formal announcement about the same. In addition to the release date, Motorola has revealed that the Moto G72 will feature a 10-bit pOLED display and a 108MP camera setup.
A microsite on Flipkart has also gone live ahead of the launch, revealing all of the Moto G72's specifications. The Moto G72 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor and a 5000mAh battery, according to the launch microsite. Let's see what the Moto G72 has in store for us.

Moto G72: Specifications and Features
The Moto G72 will have a 10-bit OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 576Hz, and a peak brightness of 1300nits. The upcoming G-series device's display panel will support DCI-P3 color gamut and HDR10.

The upcoming Moto G72 will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G99 processor manufactured on a 6nm process. The smartphone will be available with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It will run stock Android 12 and will include ThinkShield, which provides business-grade security.

The Moto G72 will feature a triple-rear camera setup with a 108MP primary shooter, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a dedicated macro shooter. The depth sensor will be housed in the ultra-wide-angle lens.
The Moto G72 will have a 5000mAh battery and support for 33W fast charging. It will also have an IP52 rating, making it water resistant. In addition, the smartphone will include a stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos audio. In the country, it will be available in Meteorite Grey and Polar Blue.
